Mark Moran

My name is Mark Moran I’m 38 years old, I live in Aigburth.

I have worked with young people for Liverpool City Council for 14 years in different areas of the city.

I have worked at GAP for the last 3 years. When I was 16 I worked voluntary as a lead in organising and facilitating gym sessions, workouts, park runs, for the young boxers at my local boxing club, Golden Gloves in which I also represented the club for England as a schoolboy and adult senior. During my time there I gained 5 national championship titles and a commonwealth games medal in 2002.

I have worked in a variety of different roles with young people including football coach, supply teaching and mentor in a secondary school for SEN pupils as well as my current youth work role.

My qualifications are FA level 2, Youth and Community diploma level 3. Personal Trainer level 3.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and my son in which we enjoy going on days out as a family going to the cinema, restaurants and watching my beloved team Liverpool.
